Terms and Conditions
INTEGRITY AGREEMENT
The following terms & conditions apply to all Womb Reiki sessions, courses and events:
PERSONAL CONDUCT
I agree to show up on time every time, and be sober, respectful, well-groomed, prepared, and fully present.
I agree to speak with loving kindness and respect, and speak my needs clearly, articulately, and honorably.
I agree to be respectful of what I hear shared by community in circle or class, and to speak at all times with integrity.
FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS
I understand that all payments made to Womb Reiki for classes, sessions, online courses and events are 100% nonrefundable and nontransferable.
I understand that payment for my session or event is due in full at the time of the class or event, online courses accept payment plans and is payable via square, cash, venmo and or paypal and all sales are final.
IMAGE & RECORDING USE
I understand that Womb Reiki takes pictures at classes and events. I under that Womb Reiki online and in person events are recorded. By attending a Womb Reiki class or event, I agree that my image and recording can be used online.
PERSONAL HEALING
I understand that classes and circles are for educational purposes only, and that personal healing is to be attended to outside of class. I understand that individual sessions with Venus are available online to help support my healing process.
HOLD HARMLESS
I understand that sessions, and events are purely for my own self-growth and personal development. I understand that reiki and shamanic practitioners are not licensed physicians, do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional, and are not licensed by the state of Texas. I understand that shamanic and reiki treatments are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.
I understand that Womb Reiki are providing shamanic and reiki instruction and healing for me at my request, and are not responsible for the outcome of the quantum healing and reiki classes, sessions, events, or teachings in any way or on any level. I agree to hold Venus and Womb Reiki harmless.
DIAGNOSTIC & RIGHT TO REFUSE
I understand that Womb Reiki reserves the right to perform energy healing diagnostic for every Womb Reiki event, session, and class to assess good energetic fit for everyone involved. In rare cases, Venus may ask people to see a healing specialist for energetic clearing before attending a class, or refer people to other healing teachers.
I understand that Womb Reiki reserve the right to cancel any sessions, classes, events, or the participation of anyone at any time for any reason.
